Hi, I am the Landlord of the Basement flat with garden in Maida Vale, central London. It is currently coming to the end of its refurbishment.
There is a large Bedroom/Living Room, separate Shower Room and separate kitchen.
The flat has a new kitchen, shower room and flooring. All been repainted.
There is a tall Fridge, Freeze, washing machine oven and hob.
The flat is available now.
This house is very close to the City Centre. Easy walk to Maida Vale and Paddington and Little Venice. I love to run along the canal in the mornings. Little Venice and the canal boats are nearby.
Bills are not included but I would estimate 100 a month for Electric, Water and Internet. Council Tax band is Band C which is 768.12 per year.
The flat is unfurnished but I can furnish it at a small extra cost. We can chat about it at the viewing.
To move in you will need to sign your e-sign tenancy agreement. You will need to pay a 5 week deposit up front and one month rent up front.
The minimum length of tenancy is 6 months but you can stay as long as you want.

IMPORTANT - I don't do any credit reference checks but you will need a home-owning guarantor to sign a document guaranteeing your rent before moving in. Someone who owns a house in England or Wales. A friend or work colleague or family member. I don't mind.
